Standard Clean
Maintain & refresh
Designed for homes that are already reasonably kept. Ideal for weekly or bi-weekly routines.

Deep Clean
Detail & restore
A more intensive service for first-time visits, seasonal resets, or homes that need extra attention.

- Hand-wiping baseboards, door frames, and light switches
- Window sills, tracks, and edge detailing
- Cobweb removal
- Detailed bathroom scrubbing and grout attention
- More thorough kitchen degreasing
- Cleaning under and around accessible furniture

Some homes need more than a standard or deep clean. Heavy buildup, long periods without maintenance, or unusual conditions are handled with a custom assessment and quote.
We do not handle mold remediation, biohazards, or situations that require specialized restoration equipment. If something falls outside our scope, we’ll tell you clearly and help point you in the right direction.
