Is the online price final?
The estimate gives you a clear starting range based on size and service type. We confirm the exact quote during a short consultation so your specific home is accounted for.
Do I need to provide supplies?
No. We bring professional equipment and cleaning agents. You’re welcome to share any product preferences.
What if I only need one specific task?
Individual tasks (like clothes folding or stair scrubbing) can be requested. We have a minimum booking threshold to keep the service sustainable.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. One reschedule per booking is allowed without issue.
Do you serve areas further south?
We primarily cover northern and central hubs. Jobs outside our core area are possible with a custom quote that accounts for travel time.
